This mid–entry level Digital Marketing Trainee role is perfect for someone who has basic experience in SEO and content writing, understands keywords and analysis, and wants to grow deeper into AEO, GEO, and E-E-A-T–driven digital strategy.

You'll work across multiple industries, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, F&B, and D2C - helping brands grow through search-first thinking and content excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Perform keyword research, keyword clustering, and search intent mapping for blogs, landing pages, and website content.
  • Write high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned with brand tone and E-E-A-T standards (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, URLs, internal links, and overall on-page structure for better visibility.
  • Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) by preparing content that ranks on AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
  • Execute GEO & Local SEO tasks: optimizing Google Business Profiles, citations, regional keywords, and local landing pages.
  • Assist in technical SEO tasks such as sitemap submissions, checks, indexation monitoring, and speed insights.
  • Conduct SERP analysis, competitor research, and content opportunity identification across multiple categories.
  • Track and report SEO metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, average position, and engagement patterns.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and web teams to implement SEO recommendations and content improvements.
  • Use AI tools for keyword insights, schema suggestions, meta generation, and content enhancement.

What You'll Need

  • 6–12 months of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content writing
  • Strong ability to write structured, keyword-led, E-E-A-T-compliant content

Familiarity with:

  • Keyword research tools
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Content optimization
  • Basic analytics (Search Console, GA)
  • Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO (Local SEO)
  • Understanding of search intent, schema basics, and ranking signals
  • Good analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work across multiple brands and categories
  • A go-getter, self-starter, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Must be based in Chennai
  • Immediate joiners are strongly preferred
