Project Management of End to End execution of Yokogawa affiliate projects, size may vary between $50k to $30M
  • Reports to PMO for project governance and independently handle the EPC & end user along with affiliate team.
  • Responsible for the profitability and change order management of the project.
  • Responsible for high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities include:
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Prepare a budget for every WBS and spread it across timeline.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Measure project performance for reporting.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Review QA of the project with team for compliance.
