Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive at GenAILakes.AI's headquarters in Hyderabad. As a full-time role, the selected candidate will play a pivotal part in driving our business growth in the AI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, specifically in IT products. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in IT sales, particularly in selling IT products and solutions to an extensive client base.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation with a strategic approach towards identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong sales prospecting skills with the capability to nurture prospects into successful business relationships.
- Familiarity with the AI industry and a passion for advancing AI technology in business applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex AI solutions to clients.
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target markets.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and propose suitable AI solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and produce leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation and promotional activities.
- Craft tailored AI solution proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote GenAILakes.AI and expand professional networks.
- Continuously update knowledge about industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activities, results, and market conditions.
