Job Description:

We are having an opening for the position of Production In-Charge for a reputed Manufacturing industry in Kharagpur

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • To Manage Production planning,
  • Manpower management and Realisation
  • To control wastage and recycle process
  • To implement QC tools,5-s, kaizen,…ISO ….
  • To manage all QC and QA activities as per sop
  • maintain all the documents and records and in time reporting
  • co-ordinate and communicate with all departments
  • To visit customers and attend to customer complaints if any
  • co-ordination with production /user department regularly
  • ERP operation
  • Very good communication skills and with a commanding voice and strict personality
  • To know FIBC designing and making spec sheet in computer

Skills Required:

  • Manpower handling skills.
  • Communication skill.
  • Processing skill.
  • System implementation skill.
  • Analytical skill, creativity.

Age: 25 yrs above * Budgeted Annual 
Qualification Required: Graduation or diploma with an additional short course.

Production management, Quality management, Or plastic processing engineering are more preferable

Experience Required:6-7yrs in WOVEN SACK AND FIBC LINE
