Job description

Key responsibilities

Store and warehouse audits:

Conduct periodic audits of retail stores and warehouses to verify physical inventory against system records.

Identify causes of shrinkage, such as theft, damage, or billing errors.

Analyze shrinkage data and report on root causes and recommended preventive measures.

Compliance and process improvement:

Review adherence to operational, HR, and cash management policies.

Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for process improvement.

Provide recommendations to management to mitigate risks and enhance business optimization.

Reporting and follow-up:

Prepare clear and concise audit reports with findings and corrective action plans.

Maintain audit trail documentation.

Follow up with management and relevant teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
