Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to drive office leasing transactions. The role involves lead generation, client advisory, and lease negotiations for corporate offices, coworking spaces, and business centers. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, office leasing, or commercial real estate consulting, with strong networking and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with companies looking for office space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
  • Understand client needs (size, location, budget).
  • Share suitable office options and coordinate site visits.
  • Negotiate lease terms and support in closing the deal.
  • Keep track of market trends and available office spaces.
  • Maintain records of leads, clients, and transactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Strong network in the corporate leasing and business real estate sector.
