Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP

  • Manage invoicing, billing, AP/AR

  • Prepare & file GST returns (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B) and handle TDS filing

  • Perform bank reconciliation and keep financial records updated

  • Prepare challans, e-way bills and assist in compliance

  • Manage stock & inventory accounting

  • Support month-end closing, audits, and financial reporting


Skills & Qualifications

-
B.Com

graduate (mandatory)

  • Strong skills in Tally ERP & MS Excel

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles

  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail & deadline discipline

  • Good communication and organizational skills

Exposure to construction/infra industry is an added advantage
