Under minimal supervision, documents requirements,use cases, user stories, and manages technical, functional and acceptancetesting for Salesforce features and enhancements. Designs technical andbusiness solutions based on understanding of business needs.  Communicates Salesforce feature requirements, facilitating timely resolution toquestions related to how the product should function or how to prioritizefeature development. Has accountability for the quality and value ofimplemented product. May function as a liaison between the Salesforce users andthe Salesforce Governance Board and provides key updates to the SalesforceGovernance Board.  Has experience with the following: 1. Strategic planning — to identify the organization's business needs 2. Business model analysis — to define the organization's policies and marketapproaches 3. Process design — to standardize the organization's workflows 4. Quality Control – responsible for the quality of the productRequirementsRequirements: • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce as a Business Systems Analyst  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst • Experience working on multiple project types (i.e. commercial off the shelf,new development, and enhancements/support) • Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including anability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams • Proficient knowledge of Process and Workflow Management • Organizational & time -management skills with the ability to handlemultiple tasks and business areas. • Proficient knowledge of Project Management – waterfall and Agile • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technicaland non -technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settings(e.g., one -on -one, small group, in person, conference calls and via e -mail). SalesforceBusiness Analyst certified Nice to haves: • Certified Administrator  • Basic knowledge of key concepts and processes within the Software DevelopmentLife Cycle  • Proficient analytical skills and business acumen; proficient data rigor andattention to details; proficiency in marketing and strategic framework; trackrecord of managing multiple projects concurrently • Basic understanding of relational database architectures and tools • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel. Basic skills/familiarity with otherMicrosoft business products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Windows) required.
