Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Data Analyst - Reporting & Visualization

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical capabilities, a passion for data-driven insights, and hands-on experience with modern data visualization tools and programming languages like Python and/or R.
The resource will be responsible for analyzing complex data and delivering accurate, timely, and impactful reports and dashboards that inform business decisions. A high degree of ownership, integrity, and commitment to excellence, effective communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities

•    Data Analysis & Reporting\: Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives.

•    Visualization Development\: Design and build scalable, automated dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau to meet evolving business requirements.

•    Data Integrity & Timeliness\: Ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and punctuality in all data outputs and reporting deliverables.

•    Collaboration & Support\: Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies (including G global teams) to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide analytics support.

•    Continuous Improvement\: Drive automation of recurring reports and identify opportunities for optimization in reporting processes.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Proven experience in data analytics, reporting automation, and dashboard development.

•    Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and working knowledge of R and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis.

•    Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAS.

•    Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.

•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.

•    Self-starter, high standards of work ethics, integrity, and a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

•    Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Power BI implementations, including data modeling, DAX, and advanced visualizations.

•    Building up Strong COE Approach

•    Integration experience using R/Python with BI tools for advanced analytics.

•    In-depth understanding of Power BI functionalities, performance tuning, cluster management, and hidden capabilities.

•    Power BI Certification is a strong plus.

•    Experience in migration, upgrade planning, and managing large data pipelines is an added advantage
