Serve as the primary point of contact for major FCL clients across verticals like FMCG, Automotive, E-commerce, Pharma, and Industrial Goods.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major FCL clients across verticals like FMCG, Automotive, E-commerce, Pharma, and Industrial Goods.
  • Ensure high service levels, timely execution, and quick resolution of client concerns or escalations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients and suggest operational or service improvements.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (cross-sell and up-sell).
  • Drive account profitability through strategic engagement and effective contract management.
  • Monitor credit performance and ensure timely collections in coordination with finance.

Client Onboarding & Implementation

  • Manage onboarding of new clients including SOP design, route planning, lane pricing, and operational handshakes.
  • Support commercial negotiations during contract renewals or rate discussions.

Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and reviews.
