We are hiring both freshers & experienced candidates for the Digital Marketing Specialist role. This includes an Internship-to-Placement pathway for freshers and a Direct Full-Time role for experienced candidates.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work on brand building, content creation, SEO, and performance-driven digital activities to strengthen our online presence and support U.S. market operations.

You will collaborate closely with HR, business development, and technology teams to execute marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage & grow the company's digital presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and recruitment portals

Plan, create, and execute content calendars

Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis

Write SEO-friendly blogs, web content, and marketing copies

Design creatives using Canva/Photoshop for branding and outreach

Monitor analytics and provide weekly performance reports

Handle on-page & off-page SEO, backlink building, basic technical SEO

Run paid promotions (Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads) — preferred for experienced

Improve traffic, engagement, and conversion performance

Collaborate with recruitment & sales teams for campaign-driven hiring and marketing initiatives

Required Skills

Freshers

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media

Creative writing skills & interest in branding

Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and analytics tools (added advantage)

Good communication & willingness to learn

Experienced (1–3 years)

Hands-on experience in SEO, social media management, performance campaigns

Ability to manage end-to-end digital strategy

Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword tools

Strong content ideation, optimization, and reporting skills

Stipend / Salary Structure

For Freshers (Internship + Placement)

Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000

Full-Time CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month
