Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Traffic Executive to oversee and manage vehicle movement, route planning, and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with drivers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient transport while adhering to traffic regulations and company polsicies. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily vehicle movement and ensure smooth traffic flow for transportation operations.
• Arrange vehicles from the market as per client requirements.
• Monitor and track vehicle locations, routes, and schedules to prevent delays.
• Communicate with drivers to provide real-time instructions and resolve on-road issues.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Optimize route planning to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Handle transport-related documentation, including trip logs, fuel records, and invoices.
• Assist in resolving transport-related issues such as breakdowns, delays, or route changes.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on fleet performance and traffic operations. Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or a degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in traffic operations, logistics, or transportation management.
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, route optimization, and fleet management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in transport management software and MS Office applications.
• Problem-solving skills to handle on-road challenges and emergency situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
