Senior Engineer – AI Enhanced Development

What you'll be doing:

  • Write clean, well-designed, and efficient Python code for backend systems.

  • Implement and maintain scalable AI-enhanced workflows and applications.

  • Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and orchestration tools like LangChain and LangGraph.

  • Integrate AI APIs for chatbots, NLP, computer vision, and other solutions.

  • Participate in the full product lifecycle within an agile development team.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Conduct functional testing and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best

practices.

Tech we're using:

  • Python, FastAPI, Django (or relevant frameworks)

  • AI & ML tools: LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, NLP, Computer Vision

  • Microservices architecture, REST APIs

  • Public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines

  • Version control and collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence)

  • Docker, Kubernetes

Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-driven development workflows and Experience in deploying AI/ML

applications at scale

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of Python backend development with scalable architecture experience.

  • Hands-on experience with AI pipelines, vector databases, and tools like LangChain or LangGraph.

  • Proven experience integrating AI APIs (chatbots, NLP, computer vision).

  • Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Agile mindset with strong ownership, leadership, and collaborative skills.
