Key responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition: Generate leads through various channels, including company-provided data, referrals, and personal networks. Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential customers.
  • Needs analysis: Understand each client's financial situation, goals, and needs to recommend the most suitable life insurance products.
  • Product knowledge: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of the company's life insurance products and services, including their features, benefits, and terms and conditions.
  • Sales target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new business and premium revenue.
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, policy retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • After-sales service: Assist customers with policy-related inquiries, renewals, and claims processing. Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Ethical conduct: Exercise due diligence to prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure all sales practices comply with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, analyze business results, and provide regular reports to management.
