Exciting Career Opportunity – Banking & Finance Lawyer (Business Development & Client Relations) | Tier 2

Role Highlights:
  • Regional Leadership: Act as the primary contact for ICUL's Bengaluru office, representing the firm in the region.
  • Business Development: Drive client engagement through meetings, networking, and business development initiatives to strengthen ICUL's presence in Bengaluru.
  • Client Interface: Serve as the first point of contact for clients in the region, ensuring strong client relationships and seamless communication with the Mumbai team.
  • Banking & Finance Matters: Handle local banking & finance assignments, advisory, and client coordination, with less emphasis on execution-heavy work.
  • Office Growth: Play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding ICUL's newly set-up Bengaluru office.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with 4–6 years of PQE in banking & finance / general corporate practices, preferably from a non-Tier 1 law firm.
  • Strong client-facing and business development skills with the ability to independently manage client relationships.
  • Educational background: LLB from a reputed institution.
  • Must be Bengaluru-based – local candidates preferred; relocation will not be considered.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills; ability to represent the firm with credibility and confidence.
  • Proactive, personable, and comfortable being the face of the firm in the regio
