We're looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Channel Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Channel Operations, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading APJ GTM planning across quota, territory and headcount, ensuring alignment with global strategies
• Driving operational cadence, forecasting, pipeline management and business insights for the Global Partner Ecosystem
• Partnering with channel sales leadership to execute strategic initiatives and managing relevant OKRs and KPIs
• Supporting collaboration with the Senior Director of Sales Operations to deliver global sales operations programs
• Providing data-driven insights to leadership and driving CRM/system improvements to enhance efficiency and sales productivity

• 10+ years of relevant Sales Business Operations or Sales Finance or Business Strategy/ Consulting experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding and experience in GTM strategies and annual fiscal planning
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Proficiency in SFDC, advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

• Experience in the Software/SaaS industry
• Experience with Clari and Tableau
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
