Job Title: Car Loan Finance Executive

The Car Loan Finance Executive is responsible for promoting auto loan products, assisting customers with financing options, evaluating eligibility, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth processing and disbursement of car loans. The role works closely with customers, dealerships, and internal credit teams to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Loan Consultation

  • Meet with customers to understand their car financing needs
  • Explain loan products, interest rates, EMIs, and down payment requirements
  • Guide customers through the loan application process

2. Documentation & Verification

  • Collect and verify customer documents such as ID proof, income proof, bank statements, and address proof
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards
  • Confirm vehicle details including invoice, insurance, and registration information

3. Loan Processing & Approval Coordination

  • Pre-screen applicants for eligibility based on credit score, income, and existing liabilities
  • Submit loan applications to the credit and underwriting team
  • Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely approvals

4. Dealership Coordination

  • Maintain strong working relationships with car dealerships and sales teams
  • Provide dealership staff with financing information and support for customer queries
  • Participate in promotional events, car exhibitions, and dealership activities

5. Customer Service & After-Sales Support

  • Update customers on the status of their loan applications
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns regarding financing
  • Provide post-disbursement support and build long-term customer relationships

6. Sales & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for car loan products
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, disbursements, and rejections
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and loan performance reports
  • Stay updated on interest rate changes, loan policies, and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in auto finance, banking, or sales is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of loan processes and basic credit evaluation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and loan management systems
  • Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities
