Receptionist
We are seeking a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented person to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front office operations efficiently, ensuring a warm welcome to clients and visitors while maintaining a professional and organized reception area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a visitor log and manage access control for guests.
- Coordinate with the sales and admin teams for client meetings, site visits, and appointments.
- Manage front office stationery, courier services, and housekeeping coordination.
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are neat, presentable, and well-maintained.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Support HR or Admin departments with clerical duties as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company decorum at all times.
Requirement:
- Female candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment handling.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in a real estate company or similar client-facing role preferred.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month
