Job Description:

We are looking for a Financial Controller who would be responsible for setting all processes in place, MIS, investor reporting, managing the AP AR resources, liaising with concurrent and statutory auditors, managing all compliances, legal matters

By creating a long-term vision 

Support the team and BU leaders to build a long-term vision and business plans highlighting the strategy and work together to identify the risks and opportunities, and steer action adjustments to achieve the goals.

Support the definition of performance metrics and KPIs aligned with the country's strategy.

Develop trusted relationships and have a multidimensional view of the business

Challenge the current ways of working, identify and actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of business processes & organizational development, including upgrade of tools, processes, reports, and metrics to accurately forecast business results and proactively manage performance to meet business objectives

Boost Business through financial and commercial support towards new model development and aid creativity in launching new Planet initiatives.

Animating Business ambitions

Work with the team and Business to ensure that the planning reporting and analysis produced are efficient, and controlled and deliver insight and value to the business.

Influence and support business decision, by using real time data, on the day to day business cases.

Drive the preparation of high-quality performance reviews for analysis, and understanding of performance and for making optimized decisions in the short and medium term.

Protect the business by securing governance, integrity, and risk mitigation.

Drive, along with the team, the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and strategic planning processes; communicate on a timely, structured, and standardized basis.

Ensure the Business Forecasting competence is shared and acquired by the business team for analysis & understanding of performance and for optimized decision-making.

Ensure that the Team for which responsible fulfills its purpose and meets its deliverables.

Responsible for the maintenance of the agreed reporting catalog and updating the related reporting guidelines and governance. Monitoring the risks

Ensuring accuracy in terms of accounting, closing and reporting on time (D+6 closing).

Playing an active role in risk management with your BU leaders.

Responsible for control of Balance sheet and justification/preparation of Audit.

Preparation of cash flow forecast for your activity/parameter.

Able to understand the Process in detail and define a clear Framework / SOP for the Business
