Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell HVAC products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and consultants.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market (commercial, industrial, and residential).
- Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Present and explain HVAC products, solutions, and services to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Qualifications & Skills:Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales (equipment, ducting, chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in B2B or project-based sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
