Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Support Coordinator. The Sales Support Coordinator will provide administrative assistance,

  1. coordinate on account manager Purchase order on ASAP basis .

  2. prepare sales documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

  3. The role involves closely supporting the sales team by preparing order documents , managing schedules, and maintaining client relationships. , collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business processes is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks and operations support
  • Analytical skills for evaluating data and generating accurate reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a sales coordination or support role is an advantage
