We're looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Territory Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. You'll join an AI-powered platform transforming the FMCG industry, drive its growth, and lead a team of Account Executives to exceed revenue goals. This hybrid role combines remote work with strategic client interactions and offers a competitive salary, performance incentives, and travel reimbursement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Develop the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives to create a high-performing sales culture.
  • Drive Sales Strategy: Plan and execute strategies to grow our presence in the FMCG sector.
  • Manage Performance: Set targets, track KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure success.
  • Oversee Pipeline: Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM.
  • Engage Strategically: Support high-value deals, assist with complex negotiations, and build key industry relationships.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product, and customer success to align on go-to-market plans.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years in sales management or team leadership.
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales teams that consistently hit targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to design effective sales processes.
  • Advanced skills with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities — comfortable working with executive-level clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
