Role Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team full-time.

As a Graphic Designer at Venture Crafters, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and design assets that support the branding, marketing, and communication efforts of both Venture Crafters and its portfolio companies. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life and ensure consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence of Venture Crafters and select portfolio companies — including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement — ensuring brand consistency and audience growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design logos, brand identities, and marketing collateral for Venture Crafters and its portfolio companies
  2. Develop high-quality visual content for websites, presentations, social media, and digital campaigns
  3. Create and maintain brand guidelines for various projects and companies
  4. Manage and grow social media handles for Venture Crafters and assigned vertical companies
  5. Develop social media calendars and content plans in line with brand and campaign objectives
  6. Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to execute impactful visual campaigns
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  1. Proven expertise in Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding
  2. Strong command of Typography and visual storytelling
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  4. Experience in creating content for and managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
