Overview

We are looking for a skilled Python + SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing data-driven applications, writing optimized SQL queries, and building automation scripts or backend services using Python.

Job Specification:

  • Experience Range: 3yrs to 7yrs
  • Work Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
  • Mode of working: Hybrid (Thrice a week to office)
  • Sal budget: As per company standards
  • Education: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA, specialisation in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Lead time to Join: Serving notice period or max upto 60 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Python scripts, applications, and backend services.
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Work with relational and columnar databases to design and manage schemas.
  • Build ETL pipelines and automate data workflows.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application or database-related issues.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tool, experience with analytics libraries like Pandas or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (query optimization, joins, indexing, stored procedures).
  • Experience with relational and columnar databases.
  • Familiarity with API integration and data parsing (JSON, XML).
  • Good understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Experience with version control (Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
