Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Engineer based in Delhi, India. The Interior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction and design processes, ensuring quality control, and ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications. The role involves direct collaboration with architects, project managers, and clients, as well as addressing challenges and implementing solutions for seamless project completion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in on-site supervision and management to ensure project timelines, safety, and efficiency are maintained.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients.
  • Expertise in quality control processes to maintain high standards of construction and design implementation.
  • Sound knowledge of structural engineering and civil engineering principles to assess building stability and project feasibility.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and local building codes.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and project management software is a plus.
