Flutter + Laravel Engineer — Remote (India, Ahmedabad preferred)

What you'll build

We're shipping tools that keep field operations running—rosters, activity capture, and team coordination. We need an engineer who can turn ideas into production-grade releases in Flutter and Laravel.

Your impact

  • Take features end-to-end in Flutter (prototype → store).
  • Design and evolve Laravel REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Keep mobile–backend contracts clear, versioned, and stable.
  • Uphold quality with self-testing, reviews, and runtime monitoring.
  • Work async with a distributed team; contribute to planning and retros.

What helps you succeed

  • Track record of publishing Flutter apps.
  • Strong Laravel/PHP for API design, auth, and data modeling.
  • Comfortable with MySQL/PostgreSQL and Git/GitHub.
  • Mac available for iOS builds (TestFlight/App Store).
  • Professional English; autonomous work habits.

Bonus

  • Cloud exposure (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
  • Practical CI/CD for mobile and PHP.
  • Experience with security/workforce/field-service products.
