Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive desktop and technical support to clients and customers
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 7/10
  • Configure Lotus Notes / Outlook clients
  • Install and manage antivirus & patch management systems
  • Handle basic networking tasks (router & switch configuration)
  • Provide on-site IT support as IT Executive
  • Setup and configure network printers
  • Support MS Office, web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox)
  • Work in Active Directory / domain environment
  • Manage mobile devices and email configurations
  • Resolve issues through helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Perform Level 1 installation of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on desktop/IT support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
