Assistant Professor – Pharmacology

Position: Assistant Professor

Job Summary

The Assistant Professor in Pharmacology will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental academic activities. The role involves both theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the curriculum and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Teaching & Academic Duties

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Pharmacology for UG/PG students.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment tools.
  • Conduct internal assessments, viva, and practical examinations.
  • Guide student projects, seminars, and presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • M.Pharm / MD Pharmacology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Ph.D. (preferred or as per regulatory requirement).

  • Strong subject knowledge in Pharmacology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Research-oriented mindset and analytical thinking.
