Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh (Remote Flexible)

Employment Type: Internship (3–6 Months, can be extended based on performance)

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month (flexible based on skills & experience)

Responsibilities:

SEO:

  • Plan and execute all SEO activities (On-page & Off-page analysis, backlinking strategies, blog optimization, and keyword ranking checks).
  • Monitor SEO results and prepare monthly/weekly SEO reports.
  • Contribute to SEO audits, keyword research, and marketing pitch strategies.

Social Media:

  • Develop, manage, and update engaging content for TrackXi's social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan and execute viral/trend-driven campaigns, reels, contests, and referral programs.
  • Monitor performance metrics, optimize content, and track audience engagement.\

Backlinking:

  • Identify and create quality backlinks for website optimization.
  • Collaborate with other websites/bloggers for outreach and link-building.

Content and Reporting:

  • Assist in creating online content for blogs, newsletters, marketing presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Design templates and mock-ups for campaign materials.
  • Perform market analysis and research on trends, preparing reports and dashboards for the team.

Other digital marketing tasks:

  • Email, content, and inbound marketing support.
  • Help with website audits, market surveys, and digital event organization.
  • Support campaign managers and the senior team with daily administrative and creative tasks as needed.
  • Help with competitor analysis and research.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, email marketing).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media management tools, and MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative and drive to learn new skills.

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience with graphic design, HTML/CSS, or website management a plus.
  • Digital marketing certification (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) preferred but not required.
