  • Strong techno-functional expertise in designing and implementing solutions on Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA).
  • Hands-on experience in configuration/customization across Core Application, Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, Work Schedules, Smart Collaboration, Mobility, Manage Displays, Reports, and Data Migration.
  • Skilled in developing Oracle Field Service Forms and Plugins.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Field Service Data Model and integration touchpoints.
  • Ability to solution complex business requirements to deliver optimal results.
  • Experience with JavaScript, JET, VBCS, SOAP/REST Web Services, WSDL, XML, and related standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with business analysts, technical teams, and project managers for successful delivery.
