  • Job Role: Accounts Executive
  • Job Location: Soladevanahalli-Bengaluru
  • Type: Contractual role for 1 Year
  • Shift: Day shift
  • Interview Mode: Face to Face

Responsibilities: The role demands the following responsibility, but is not limited to:

  • Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions (payments, receivable, expenses, payroll, reimbursements, etc.)
  • Generate POs, and track payments.
  • Reconcile sales data, accounts payable and keep all files up to date.
  • Publish financial statements on time and in alignment with statutory timelines
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  • Ensure timely bank payments and track cash flow activities
  • Compute taxes and prepare/submit tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external vendors, auditors, and government authorities as needed

Knowledge:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with ZOHO Books or ODOO.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, especially pivot tables, and other data validation tools
  • Certification is a bonus
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and standards, including GAAP
  • Experience with tax compliance, GST, TDS, and government filings
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
