We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech Therapist who aligns with our mission to join our committed team.

As a Speech Therapist at Mindful Kids, your role extends beyond clinical tasks. You'll be an integral part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact. Responsibilities include:

  • Discovering and Diagnosing:- Uncover and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in both children and adults.

  • Tailoring Solutions:-Craft personalized treatment plans that resonate with the unique needs and aspirations of each client.

  • Innovative Therapies:- Implement evidence-based therapies using a diverse range of methods, from oral motor exercises to voice therapy and alternative communication systems.

  • Adapting for Progress:- Continuously monitor progress and adapt treatment programs, embodying the philosophy of 'always evolving.'

  • Educating and Collaborating:- Share knowledge not just with clients but also with families, teachers, and fellow professionals. Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team of experts.

  • Record Keeping with Purpose:-Maintain meticulous records, recognizing that every entry contributes to a holistic understanding of our clients' journeys.

To thrive in this role, you'll embody:

  • Purposeful educational Qualifications: Hold a master's degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology, with a valid license or certification.

  • Experiential Wisdom: Bring at least two years of clinical experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of various speech disorders but if you are an enthusiastic learner ,your lack of experience is not a barrier.

  • Passion for Impact: Be driven by a passion for enhancing communication and improving the quality of life for individuals.

  • Adaptable Collaboration: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse populations.
