Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Head based in Vishakhapatnam. The Cluster Head will oversee and manage the operations of assigned branches, drive business growth, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance. Key responsibilities include leading branch teams, achieving sales and profitability targets, monitoring loan portfolios, implementing effective risk management practices, and fostering customer relationships. The role also involves strategizing business development initiatives and mentoring team members to achieve excellence in performance.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Proven expertise in sales, team leadership, and branch operations
• Knowledge of risk management, loan portfolio management, and compliance practices
• Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
• Experience in financial services, banking, or similar domains is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
