Job Description:
Position Title: Financial Controller. Sector: Manufacturing/Beverages. Salary: USD 5500 to 6000 per month
 
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller with a strong background in Power BI and SAP, specifically within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving financial performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
    Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
    Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support decisionmaking.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
    Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    Monitor and analyze budget performance and variances.
    Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget adherence.
3. Financial Operations:
    Oversee daytoday financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations.
    Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
4. SAP & Power BI Utilization:
    Leverage SAP for efficient financial management and reporting.
    Use Power BI to create dynamic and insightful financial dashboards and reports.
    Train and support team members in using SAP and Power BI effectively.
5. Audit & Compliance:
    Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
    Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
    Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit purposes.
6. Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
    Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    Encourage continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
 
Qualifications:
 CA with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
 Proven experience of minimum 10 to 15 yrs and currently working as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role within the manufacturing sector. Proficiency in SAP and Power BI.
Age not more than 45 years.
 Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 Strong leadership and team management abilities.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
