Title: Fitter Supervisor / Site Engineer – Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) (Immediate Joining) Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee the installation, assembly, and fitting of pre-engineered building (PEB) structures, including columns, rafters, purlins, and wall/roof panels.
  • Ensure all work is executed in compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Plan daily tasks, allocate work to fitters, welders, and helpers, and monitor their performance to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any structural or assembly issues.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely project completion.
  • Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in PEB structure installation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of prefabricated construction techniques.
  • Familiarity with structural systems and civil construction practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints accurately.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel or relocate for projects in different states as per company requirements.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
