Position: Guest Relations Assistant

Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)

Shift Basis: Morning, Afternoon, or Night (as per roster)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented female Guest Relations Assistant to join our remote team. The role involves managing guest interactions and ensuring an excellent experience for short-term rental properties on platforms such as Airbnb and You will be required to work on a shift basis, with flexible scheduling based on a roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries, bookings, and guest concerns via email, chat, or call.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes remotely, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Communicate with hosts and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues.
  • Monitor and update property listings on Airbnb, , and other platforms.
  • Ensure guest reviews and feedback are handled appropriately to maintain a high host rating.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for all guest interactions.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Experience:
  • Prior experience managing guest relations on Airbnb and
  • Familiarity with the workflows and policies of these platforms.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • A high-configuration laptop to handle multiple applications efficiently.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, or night).
