A Research Assistant supports research projects by performing tasks such as conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, preparing interview questions, recruiting and interviewing subjects, maintaining accurate records, and summarizing results. They help with preparing reports, presentations, and publications, managing project materials, and sometimes supervising undergraduate students. The role often requires adherence to research protocols, collaboration with team members, and handling administrative duties related to the research project.

Key responsibilities generally include:

  • Conducting literature searches and organizing research materials.
  • Collecting, coding, verifying, and analyzing experimental or survey data.
  • Preparing materials for submissions to granting agencies or committees.
  • Assisting with interviews, recruiting participants, and summarizing findings.
  • Preparing progress reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
  • Managing project communication, supplies, and sometimes budgeting.
  • Supporting lab or field research activities and maintaining research equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹32,019.49 per month
