Are you a Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving results through digital advertising? Paarami Digital Consulting is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and take our clients' marketing campaigns to the next level. As a key player in our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid advertising strategies across various platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for our clients.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize for maximum ROI and overall success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve our approach.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
