As a Post -Sales Engineer specializing in IT Infrastructure, you will ensure successful implementation, integration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions for customers. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Solution Implementation (Server, Storage, Network, Virtualization) 2. Technical Account Management 3. Configuration and Deployment 4. Troubleshooting and Support 5. IT Infrastructure Optimization 6. Customer Training and Education 7. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer Requirements *Technical Expertise:* 1. Server technologies (e.g., Dell, HP, IBM) 2. Storage solutions (e.g., EMC, NetApp, Storage Area Networks) 3. Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) 4. Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper -V, KVM) 5. Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) 6. IT service management (ITIL) 7. Data center management *Skills:* 1. Strong technical troubleshooting skills 2.
