Overview:
The Recruiter - IT and Non IT plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both IT and non-IT positions within the organization. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process to meet the organization's talent requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source candidates
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with external partners such as staffing agencies and job boards
  • Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in recruiting
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures
  • Generate regular reports on recruiting activities and metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both IT and non-IT domains
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting diverse talent
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close offers
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Certification in HR or Recruiting is a plus
