Position: Back Office Executive (Male & Female Both can apply)

Location: Dalhousie

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our daily operations in the Export–Import industry.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation related to export–import operations.
  • Prepare MIS reports, data summaries, and analysis using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Handle emails, calls, and communication with clients/vendors when required.
  • Assist in preparing shipment documents and follow up on logistics status.
  • Support the management team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.

Required Qualifications & Skills-

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of the Export–Import process will be an added advantage.

Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
