Premier Acquisition Manager

The Premier Acquisition Manager will be a key driver of business development and client acquisition strategies. They will work closely with the Business Banking team to identify and target high-value clients, develop tailored acquisition plans, and execute effective sales strategies. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of acquisition specialists, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Develop and implement innovative acquisition strategies to attract new business banking clients.
- Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and businesses for potential acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client acquisition process, including legal and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze acquisition performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business banking or a related sales role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of the business banking landscape and industry trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to establish long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
