About Paywize

Paywize is building India's first Fintech OS, powering payouts, collections, connected banking, and bill pay infrastructure for modern businesses. Our systems handle hundreds of thousands of transactions daily across multiple rails (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, Cards, Wallets, VPA, BBPS, etc.). We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Technical Business Analyst to join our product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, basic technical understanding, and a keen interest in the fintech domain. You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to support the product lifecycle.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure feature accuracy before deployment.
  • Monitor system performance, track issues, and support troubleshooting activities.
  • Maintain product documentation, BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
  • Support research on market trends, competitor products, and fintech best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 0–1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (internship/training acceptable).
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and basic database concepts (SQL preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fintech exposure or coursework is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Figma, or Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, payment gateways, UPI, banking workflows, or digital lending.
  • Understanding of data mapping, requirement traceability, and process analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
