Role Description

The Technical Trainer role at GradsKey Technologies is a full-time,postion. Responsibilities include travel to different states across India delivering technical training programs, developing and updating training materials, and facilitating skill development for students and professionals. The Technical Trainer will work closely with peer leaders and participants to enhance knowledge transfer, conduct skill assessments, and maintain engagement during sessions. The role also involves fostering a positive learning environment to ensure successful outcomes for all trainees.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in C/C++/Java/AIML/Angular or React and familiarity with modern training methodologies
  • Strong background in Training & Development and the ability to create effective learning resources
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage and connect with diverse learners
  • Expertise in delivering high-quality Training programs for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to support various learning needs
  • Prior experience in mentoring or coaching is desirable
  • A bachelor's degree in education, technology, or related fields is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
