Job Summary

LawCrust Realty is hiring an Associate – Sales Operations who will work from the office and support our Property Management operations for NRI clients. This is not a call center job. The role involves coordinating with clients, managing documents, tracking project progress, and occasionally visiting property sites when required for inspections or verification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client communication, collect client requirements, and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and internal teams for property management tasks.
  • Manage documentation related to:
  • Property Regularisation
  • NRI Property Management
  • Construction/Redevelopment support
  • Project Management updates
  • Prepare reports, maintain case files, and update CRM/project sheets.
  • Assist in submitting property documents, follow-up with authorities or partners (through office coordination).
  • Handle office-based operational work including scheduling, follow-ups, emails, and client support.
  • Conduct site visits only when required for photo updates, property condition checks, or document collection.
  • Track project timelines and help resolve operational issues.

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years experience in operations, client relations, admin, real-estate coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and handle detailed project information.
  • Basic computer proficiency — MS Word, Excel, email, CRM.
  • Must be comfortable with occasional local travel.
