This position is for our client in a leading professional services, consulting and outsourcing firm that helps mid-market and Fortune 2000 organizations improve service levels and reduce costs within their back-office operations through the implementation and delivery of shared services solutions. We also provide Carve-out outsourcing services for financial and IT functions. We advise and provide outsourced services to strategic and financial buyers executing Carve-out M&A transactions.
Role and Responsibilities: The Senior Associate - Billing & Collections will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
  • Conducting collection calls
  • Providing customer service regarding collection issues
  • Processing customer refunds
  • Reviewing account adjustments
  • Resolving client discrepancies and short payments
  • Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, including customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos
  • Reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
  • Assisting the Accounts Receivable Department with other tasks and duties as assigned
  • Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with the Billing and Cash Applications team

Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of high volume B2B collections experience
  • Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
  • Experience with Oracle JDE is a plus
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
