We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist(Mohali Location)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can craft compelling content and design engaging posts that stand out across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for social media, blogs, and campaigns
  • Develop attractive creatives/posts for various digital platforms
  • Manage and execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using digital analytics tools
  • Plan and schedule content calendars
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver impactful results

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Hands-on experience with SMM tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO basics, keyword research, and content optimization
  • Understanding of paid advertising (Facebook Ads / Google Ads preferred)
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or other design platforms
  • Ability to analyze insights and prepare digital performance reports
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop trend-based content

Location: Mohali (On-site)

Experience: 2–3 years in Digital Marketing / SMM / Content Creation
