Roles & responsibilities

Here are some of the key responsibilities of FrontEnd Engineer Manager: 

1.Define and drive the technical vision for AI-enabled full-stack applications aligned with business goals.

2.Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure Angular-based frontends integrated with Python-based backend services.

3.Design end-to-end AI application architectures, integrating with legacy systems, enterprise data platforms, and microservices.

4.Lead the development of reference architectures, reusable components, and best practices for frontend and full-stack engineering.

5.Oversee the development lifecycle of full-stack applications—from design and development to deployment and optimization.

6.Ensure seamless integration of Angular frontends with RESTful APIs and Python backend services (Flask, FastAPI, Django).

7.Coordinate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines, governance, and quality for AI-driven features.

8.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend and backend components using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

9.Lead cloud-native deployment strategies using Azure, AWS, or GCP.

10.Utilize containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for scalable deployment of AI and full-stack applications.

11.Implement monitoring, logging, rollback, and versioning mechanisms to ensure system reliability and performance.

12.Enforce security best practices across all layers—frontend, backend, data, and cloud infrastructure.

13.Manage project planning, execution, and delivery of AI and full-stack applications within budget and timelines.

14.Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.

15.Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

16.Conduct technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on Angular, full-stack architecture, and generative AI trends.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Deep expertise in Angular architecture, including modules, lazy loading, dynamic components, and Ahead-of-Time (AOT) compilation.

•Strong command of RxJS for reactive programming and state management.

•Experience with Angular Universal for server-side rendering and performance optimization. Advanced knowledge of Angular forms (template-driven and reactive), custom directives, and pipes.

•Strong collaboration with design teams using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

•Experience deploying Angular apps to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

•Hands-on skills with containerization (Docker) and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes), including related DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.

•Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) to manage structured and unstructured data.

•Proven experience in leading UI/UX strategy across enterprise-grade applications. Expertise in design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Expertise in designing distributed systems, RESTful APIs, GraphQL integrations, and microservices architecture.  - Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka) to support robust inter-system communications.

•Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system reliability and operational performance.

•Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to automate cloud deployments.

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

-Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science -Certifications in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and TOGAF certification (good to have)

Work experience: 8+ Years of Experience
