Key Responsibilities
1. Immediate Business Generation & Network Leverage:
- Day-One Revenue Impact: Activate a strong, demonstrable network across Mumbai's financial ecosystem (Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance, Digital Lenders) to secure qualified meetings and build a high-quality pipeline within the first 60 days. CXO-Level Engagement: Establish and strengthen relationships with senior leadership — CROs, CDOs, Heads of Retail Lending, Risk & Compliance leaders.
- Target Delivery:
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual enterprise SaaS / Licensing sales targets.
2.Domain Expertise & Solution Selling
- Ecosystem Mastery: Bring 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a major focus on Lending, Credit Risk, and Risk Management technology solutions for the Indian financial sector.
- Risk-Tech Competency: Ability to articulate value for solutions including:
- Operational Risk
- Early Warning Systems (EWS)
- Financial Crime & AML
- Fraud Prevention
- Basel & Regulatory Compliance
- Value Selling: Deliver compelling presentations translating AI/ML capabilities into measurable outcomes such as underwriting efficiency, fraud reduction, and risk capital optimization.
- Strategic Advisory: Position Metis as a digital transformation partner across the lending lifecycle and enterprise risk frameworks.
3. Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Lead the full sales cycle — qualification, PoC management, solution tailoring, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to align client requirements with solution capabilities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility through CRM tools.
