Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regulatory Labor Compliance professional located in Ahmedabad & Sidhpur. The Regulatory Labor Compliance professional will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations and processes comply with labor regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance, conducting audits, preparing reports, developing policies, and providing training to employees on compliance matters. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure adherence to labor laws and standards.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in FSSI and FDA
  • Ability to develop policies and provide training on compliance matters
  • Excellent in English communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the agricultural or organic farming industry is a plus
